During Your Visit
During the visit, ezAccess becomes a platform for secure messaging for providers and staff. It also facilitates virtual visits and Telemedicine visits via ezTelemedicine to help reach remote patients, adding another revenue stream.
Help patients access condition specific educational videos, and allow them to help you update their demographics, insurance information, allergies, past medical, family, and social histories via direct entry or choose to approve changes. Practices can also share clinical summaries and receive electronic signatures from patients as needed.
Between Visits
After and between visits, staff and physicians can share lab and other test results with patients via automated messaging or by login to the portal. Staff can setup paper and/or electronic statements to be sent to patients on any chosen schedule – the receiving patient can then make a payment online and have it post to athenaPractice™ and athenaOne™.
Forwarding addresses are also updated in the system when notification from the post office is received. ezPay also makes it easy to set-up and manage patient payment plans! Patients can easily schedule follow-up appointments and request prescription refills.
